Always Niseko Hotel Kutchan, Kutchan

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, though spacious and clean, were a bit tight on space, and the location, albeit excellent, required some waiting time for shuttle services. The service was friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall stay. However, dining options were enticing with a mix of western and Japanese food.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable, with some leftover items from previous guests. The staff was helpful and attentive during my stay, although there were slight delays in refilling requests. The hotel's location was convenient for us as we had a car, but relying on the shuttle could be a hassle. The dining options had a good selection but lacked in restocking and seating at times. The facilities were decent, but some areas like parking could use improvement.
